 We
allow the buyer to see exactly what he/she will be getting;
no text-only descriptions with one or two samples that leave
buyers wondering if they should purchase your content. We have
full thumbnails of every image and we clearly list prices and
limitations/rights to the content.

We will do
all the work for you including creating web pages, thumbnailing your
images, creating samples, digitizing video content, and more. (There
is a small storage media fee if you need copies of digital video sent
to you or if you need DVD-quality video). |
We will handle
all the finances for you. This means we will accept Visa, Master Card,
Discover, online checks, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks,
and ePassport on your behalf and send you a payment from our bank
account. In other words, we remove the risk of charge backs (up to
$300 liability per user) to you while, at the same time, giving you
more payment options. |
We charge
no setup fees, only a percentage of sales. This percentage is 30%
of check and money order sales and 33% of all other sales and is listed
in the reseller agreement below. |
IMPORTANT: You must own the rights to the
content you wish us to sell. We will not handle any public domain
content. You will be required to sign a reseller agreement with
us that states what you will pay us and that you have met all
legal requirements regarding the content, model releases, etc.
The reseller agreement also gives us the permission to resell
the content on your behalf. It does NOT lock you into selling
the content through us exclusively.
Our
bottom line is we keep the buyers very happy and coming back
month after month to purchase your content, which in turn should
keep you happy. We have been in the online business since 1995;
we know what we are doing and we know how to attract and keep
users/clients.
So if you are interested in having us sell
your content please:
1. Fill out
our Content Re-Seller Agreement.

2. Make sure each
photo or video shoot is in sequential shoot order in it’s own
file folder labeled the set/shoot name.
3. Include
a list of all the sets' retail price you would like in the
root of the CD. Or a statement that you would like us to set the retail price.
4. Photos should
be in JPEG format. Minimum resolution is 800x600
and much higher is preferred for online sales (1024x768+ preferred).
We require a minimum of 15 sets and maximum of 100 sets per
submission.
5. We prefer Videos be sent on MiniDV. However we will accept
video on DVD, S-VHS, VHS, 3/4", or in WMV(minimum 400x300
760Kb/s ). Minimum of 6 scenes
and maximum 50 scenes per submission. Average scene length
should be 15 minutes, average full length feature length is
90 minutes. Scenes should not have any credits or text. Trailers
are also preferred and should be 30 second clip for each scene,
120 second clip for each full length feature.
6. 18 U.S.C. 2257 info we require: For each set/movie you send you must send a digital copy of:
The
models' photo id.
The models' release form.
The date of production.
The address
of the custodian of records.
We also require a copy of your
Drivers License or photo ID and your social security or tax
payer id number.
7. Send your Agreement, CD(s), DVD(s), or tape(s) of your
photo or video sets, and a copy of your 18 USC 2257 to:
